Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall branch operations and profitability.

- Generate sales for IT hardware, CCTV systems, networking equipment, and AMC services.

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and retail clients.

- Lead and supervise the sales, technical, and support teams.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and after-sales support.

- Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Prepare branch reports, budgets, and MIS for management.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, printers).

- Understanding of CCTV systems (IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR).





- Networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls).

- Team management and leadership.

- Sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/BSc IT/B.Com or equivalent).

- 5–10 years of experience in IT hardware, networking, or CCTV, with leadership experience preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
