Job Summary

Emilia Beauty Hub is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations of our Adichira branch. The ideal candidate should have strong managerial experience with excellent skills in sales, team management, customer service, inventory control, and day-to-day retail operations.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving branch sales targets, managing and motivating the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock and operational standards, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets of the branch.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and support team to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take necessary actions to improve results.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for timely replenishment of products.
- Ensure proper inventory control and minimize stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall performance.
- Allocate duties and responsibilities to branch employees and ensure effective utilization of manpower.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and provide guidance to improve sales and customer handling.
- Monitor billing, cash handling,



and other branch-level operational activities.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and other departments for smooth branch operations.
- Prepare and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed by all employees.
- Identify opportunities to increase footfall, customer conversion, repeat business, and overall branch profitability.
- Take overall responsibility for the performance, discipline, and smooth functioning of the branch.

Candidate Requirements
- Managerial experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience in retail/showroom/store management will be preferred.
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, FMCG, electronics, or similar retail sectors will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good sales and target-achievement orientation.
- Excellent customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and branch operations effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, billing/POS systems, and other retail software.
- Ability to work under targets and take responsibility for overall branch performance.

Age: Up to 45 years

Education: Any Degree / Diploma; candidates with relevant managerial experience will be given preference.
