About the Role

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Clinic Branch Manager to oversee clinic operations, lead the branch team, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational, and sales management skills with the ability to manage clinic performance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Drive branch revenue and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise Clinic Counselors, Therapists, Doctors, Receptionists, and Dietitians.
- Monitor consultation conversions and improve branch performance.
- Ensure excellent patient service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, cleanliness, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Recruit, train, mentor,



and evaluate branch employees.
- Monitor branch profitability and control operational expenses.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and patient retention.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, or a related field.
- MBA or Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Branch Manager, Clinic Manager, Center Manager, or Operations Manager.
- Experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic Clinics, Skin Care, Wellness Centres, Healthcare, Cosmetic Clinics, Beauty Clinics, or Hospitality will be preferred.
