Role Description The Branch Head role at ESSPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Branch

Head will oversee branch operations, including security, housekeeping, facility, and manpower services, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and organizational standards. This role involves managing branch staff, supervising deployments, monitoring performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and ISO requirements.

Head will be responsible for business development in the region, building and maintaining client relationships,



preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, tracking operational metrics, handling escalations, managing budgets, and reporting branch performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Operational management and team leadership skills, with experience in supervising diverse field and office staff.

Client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to handle escalations and maintain long-term partnerships.

Planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills for managing multiple projects, deployments, and deadlines.

Business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Knowledge of security, housekeeping, facility, or manpower services, preferably with exposure to Government, PSU, or large private sector clients.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages in Odisha is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site, travel within the region as needed, and operate in a dynamic, field-oriented environment.
