Job Responsibilities
- Manage new business and renewal receipting
- Cheque deposition on time
- Handle cheque bounce and drop box management.
- Scan and upload all relevant documents into the HDFC Life System.
- Process items in the HDFC Life System queue.
- Update the Trackers with necessary details.
- Ensure all scanning, CCH, and releases are completed within the specified turnaround time (TAT).
- Assist with basic payment-related customer queries.
- Support branch operations by dispatching processed forms according to established procedures.
