Junior Boomi
Developer A great entry point for someone early in their Boomi career. You'll build and unit-test integration components under the guidance of senior developers and architects, work on lower to medium complexity interfaces, and get hands-on exposure to Boomi Data Hub. This role comes with structured mentoring and a clear path to growing into design-led work.
Experience: 0-2 years
Must-haves:
Some hands-on experience on the Boomi Enterprise Platform (AtomSphere), whether from professional work, training, or certification
Basic understanding of integration concepts (connectors, mapping, process orchestration)
Comfortable working within a structured, sprint-based delivery model
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Good to have: Boomi certification, exposure to MuleSoft or another iPaaS, familiarity with Data Hub or master data concepts Senior Boomi Developer For an experienced developer who wants to own solution and process design while staying hands-on with the most technically demanding build work.
You'll translate architecture-level direction into detailed designs, personally build complex Boomi processes and Data Hub solutions, and mentor junior developers along the way.
Experience: 6+ years
Must-haves:
Extensive hands-on experience designing and building on Boomi (AtomSphere), including complex, multi-system integrations
Working knowledge of Groovy and/or JavaScript for custom transformation and process logic
Demonstrated experience designing and building Boomi Data Hub solutions (repository structure, clustering, synchronisation)
Strong grounding in integration design patterns (sync/async, event-driven, API-led)
Track record mentoring and reviewing the work of less experienced developers
Good to have: Boomi certification (Professional/Architect-level), experience with Boomi API Gateway or Event Streams, MuleSoft-to-Boomi migration experience What We Offer
