Job Title : BMC Remedy Developer

We are looking for an experienced BMC Remedy Developer to design, develop, customize, and support BMC Remedy ITSM applications.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and customize BMC Remedy applications based on business requirements.

Configure and maintain BMC Remedy ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Request Management (SRM).

Develop workflows using AR Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Menus, and Approval Processes.

Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and middleware.

Develop custom forms, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Support application upgrades, patches, migrations, deployments, and release management activities.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Implement user roles, security policies, permissions, and access controls.

Collaborate with business users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Participate in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides,



and support documentation.

Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.

Provide production support while meeting defined SLAs.

Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
