We are looking for an experienced BMC Firmware Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OpenBMC development and experience in developing firmware for server management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance BMC firmware for Sideband and Out-of-Band (OOB) server management.
- Work on the OpenBMC software stack and contribute to feature development and bug fixes.
- Implement and maintain Redfish and PLDM protocol support.
- Debug and troubleshoot firmware and hardware-related issues.
- Collaborate with hardware, validation, and software teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and system integration activities.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in OpenBMC stack development (Mandatory).
- Experience in BMC firmware development for Sideband/Out-of-Band server management.
- Good understanding of Redfish and PLDM protocols.
- Strong programming skills in C.
- Good knowledge of computer architecture.




- Experience with version control systems such as Git and Perforce.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Experience with hardware debug tools like Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and JTAG Debuggers.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Embedded Linux and server firmware development.
- Knowledge of IPMI, D-Bus, Yocto, or Linux device drivers is an added advantage.

Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
