- Implement, enhance, and support Blue Yonder SCPO solutions.
- Provide technical and functional support to business users.
- Configure, troubleshoot, test, and optimize BY SCPO applications.
- Design integration solutions with SAP, Oracle ERP, and legacy systems.
- Support UAT, pilot deployments, and warranty phases.
- Develop SOPs and knowledge documents for support teams.
- Resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) for new enhancements.
- Train team members on functional, technical, and integration aspects.
- Recommend cutting-edge solutions to improve business value.
