Description As a Quality Intern, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our food safety management system (FSMS) runs smoothly.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include FSMS Maintenance: Keeping our food safety plans up-to-date and effective in the production area.

Micro Lab Assistance Supporting daily operations in our microbiology lab to ensure product safety.

Temperature Monitoring: Overseeing temperature logs for incoming vegetables and raw materials to maintain quality standards.

Hygiene Inspections Regularly checking the plant's cleanliness and hygiene to uphold safety protocols.

Team Training:



Educating the production team during quality assurance visits to reinforce best practices.

Root Cause Analysis: Investigating food complaints, identifying underlying issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Who We're Looking For

Educational Background: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food

Technology or Microbiology. Internship Period: 6 Months.

Availability: Candidates who can start within 15 days are preferred.
