Key Responsibilities
- Operate blister packing machines for tablets and capsules as per production plan
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for different batch sizes and products
- Load and handle packing materials such as PVC, PVDC, Alu-Alu, and lidding foil
- Ensure proper sealing, cutting, and printing of blister packs
- Conduct in-process quality checks (leak test, visual inspection, print verification)
- Maintain accurate entries in batch packing records (BPR) and logbooks
- Follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines during operations
- Coordinate with QA for line clearance and in-process checks
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report any machine issues or deviations
- Maintain cleanliness and valuable housekeeping in the packing area
