The move adds leadership depth and aims to accelerate engagement with OEMs. The company also confirmed Silvia Busnelli as Head OEM Agriculture Europe and hired Melodie Dubreuil as OEM Technical Manager EMEA. The appointments are effective immediately and align with BKT’s 2030 ambitions. ‍ Mantovani brings more than 15 years’ experience across passenger, truck, retread and off-road segments. His brief is to deepen OEM relationships and sharpen BKT Europe’s OE execution in industrial and off-the-road (OTR) tyres. “This decision reflects our bold commitment to scaling our OE business worldwide — with Europe being a critical part of that journey. Paolo’s arrival enhances our ability to engage with OEMs at the highest level and deliver long-term value through performance, partnership, and innovation. We are building a team capable of transforming our strong ambitions into reality at a global level,” said Ludovic Revel, President Global OEM at BKT.
