About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Scan Modeler with 4–5 years of experience in converting laser scan/point cloud data into high-quality BIM models. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows, point cloud interpretation, and BIM modelling using Autodesk platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP elements while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

·Develop accurate BIM models from laser scan (LiDAR) and point cloud data. ·Create Architectural, Structural, and MEP models based on project requirements. ·Model building components such as walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, doors, windows, stairs, columns, beams, and other structural elements. ·Generate BIM models in accordance with LOD 200, 300, 350, and 400 standards. ·Process, clean, and manage point cloud data using industry-standard software. ·Validate model accuracy by comparing BIM models with point cloud data. ·Coordinate with architects, engineers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. ·Perform quality assurance (QA/QC) checks before project delivery. ·Ensure project deliverables meet client standards,



specifications, and timelines. ·Identify modeling issues and provide practical technical solutions. · Maintain project documentation and update progress reports regularly. ·Support junior team members by providing technical guidance and best practices.

Required Technical

Skills

·Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit. ·Experience with Autodesk Recap Pro. ·Good understanding of laser scanning and point cloud technology. ·Knowledge of Scan-to-BIM workflows and BIM standards. ·Experience with Navisworks Manage for model coordination and clash detection. ·Good knowledge of AutoCAD. ·Familiarity with FARO Scene, Leica Cyclone, or Trimble RealWorks is an added advantage. ·Understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD, and industry best practices.

Preferred

Experience

·4–5 years of experience in Scan-to-BIM projects. ·Experience delivering projects for US, UK, Europe, or Middle East clients. ·Hands-on experience in Architectural, Structural, and MEP modeling. ·Experience working with large point cloud datasets (LiDAR/TLS). ·Exposure to QA/QC processes and client review cycles.

Educational

Qualification

·Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Geomatics, or a related discipline. ·BIM-related certifications will be considered an advantage. If Interested, Please share the resume [email protected]
