Role Description The BIM Modeler will develop, manage, and update Building Information Models for architectural and MEP design projects, ensuring accurate representation of project specifications and construction details. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and coordinating construction drawings, maintaining model integrity and documentation standards, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design and coordination issues. The role involves integrating multidisciplinary inputs,



supporting clash detection and design reviews, and contributing to design optimization and constructability.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close coordination with project teams and adherence to company and industry quality standards.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience using BIM authoring tools to develop and manage detailed project models.

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and practical experience working as a Modeler in building design or construction environments.

Candidates should possess competencies in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and integration of MEP systems within architectural and structural models.

Candidates should possess skills in preparing, reading, and interpreting Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details derived from BIM models.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, building engineering, or a related discipline.

Proficiency with BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent) and familiarity with industry standards and workflows.

Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, and capacity to meet project deadlines.

Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and data management within BIM environments is an advantage.
