We are hiring for the position of Revit BIM Modeler for one of the sister companies, namely United BIM, to work on US based projects –residential buildings/Commercial Buildings/Healthcare buildings/Educational buildings etc.

Job Location:

- Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings:

- Morning (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) or Evening (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM)
- Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Working)
- Work from office only

Responsibilities:

- Hands on working knowledge in Revit Software




- Use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to perform design task
- Produce shop drawings as per details given by clients/ team leader/ engineer
- Able to meet tight deadlines and can handle projects in team as well as individually
- Should have firm knowledge from LOD 100 to 500
- Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement
- Coordinate 3D models to resolve collisions with other disciplines using Navisworks
- Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations
- Making sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every project

Skills Required:

- 1-4 years experience in BIM projects
- Bachelor/Master/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of using Autodesk AEC package - AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.
- Ability to do QC and read architectural drawings
