Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full time, on-site role based in Nanguneri. This position involves developing and maintaining accurate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, following project standards and client requirements. The BIM Modeler will prepare and update construction drawings, coordinate model information across disciplines, and ensure models are aligned with design intent and project schedules.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with engineers and designers, resolving model clashes, implementing revisions, and maintaining organized documentation.



The role also requires adherence to quality and safety standards, effective communication with project stakeholders, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler-related workflows, including 3D model creation and coordination.

Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings, with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into detailed documentation.

Candidates should possess Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination skills, with experience integrating MEP systems into BIM models.

Relevant experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools) and familiarity with industry standards and protocols.

Diploma or degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or related engineering/technology disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.

Robust attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and capability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Good written and verbal communication skills and openness to learning new tools, standards, and workflows.

Experience in HVAC, construction, or engineering services environments is an advantage.
