JKR Consulting and Services (JKRCS) is hiring experienced BIM Managers – MEP (HVAC) to join our growing team.

? Open Locations:

- Mumbai – Client Site
- Chennai – Client Site
- Bhubaneswar – Head Office

? Employment Type: Full time ? Experience Required: 8–12 Years

Key Requirements

✅ Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks & AutoCAD

✅ Proven experience in MEP BIM coordination, clash detection, and model review

✅ Sound knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, LOD 300–500, and ISO 19650

✅ Ability to lead BIM teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams

✅ Experience in Data Centers, Commercial Buildings, Airports, High-rise, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects is preferred
