Role Description The BIM Expert will be responsible for implementing and managing Building Information Modeling workflows for architectural, structural, and infrastructure projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Madhepura and involves creating and maintaining BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary information, and ensuring model accuracy and compliance with project standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, preparing detailed drawings and documentation,



and supporting clash detection and design reviews.

The BIM Expert will also contribute to the company’s training vertical by mentoring team members and trainees in BIM tools and best practices, developing BIM execution plans, and helping integrate “Site-to-Software” principles into project delivery.

Qualifications Solid BIM and design software skills, ideally including Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant AEC tools.

Experience in architectural and structural modeling, documentation, and coordination within multidisciplinary project teams.

Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings, standards, and specifications for buildings and infrastructure.

Familiarity with model-based workflows such as clash detection, quantity extraction, and 4D/5D integration is beneficial.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work closely with designers, engineers, and trainees in an on-site environment.

Prior exposure to AEC industry projects, preferably involving bridges, stations, or similar infrastructure, is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
