Role Description The BIM Architect will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and project management teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed BIM models, coordinating architectural and MEP elements, and ensuring design accuracy across project phases. The role involves translating design concepts into constructible digital models, maintaining model standards, and updating documentation as projects evolve.

The BIM Architect will participate in design reviews, clash detection,



and interdisciplinary coordination meetings, helping resolve technical issues and optimize building performance. The position also requires adherence to sustainability goals and regulatory requirements, as well as clear communication of model-related insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proficiency in BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and solid skills in architectural modeling and documentation.

Experience in coordinating BIM with MEP and structural models, including clash detection and issue resolution workflows.

Understanding of sustainable design principles, green building certifications (e.g., LEED, IGBC), and energy-efficient building strategies.

Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings, and translate them into accurate digital models.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; professional experience in BIM for real estate or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Familiarity with project management practices, documentation standards, and local building codes and regulations.
