Role Description The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models throughout all project stages, ensuring accurate representation of architectural and engineering elements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing LOD 300/350 architectural models, integrating multidisciplinary inputs, producing detailed documentation, and supporting submittals and approvals.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, with visits to Doha (as per project requirements) requiring regular interaction with the project team and timely delivery of project-related outputs.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture with the ability to interpret and develop Architectural Drawings.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)



tools and workflows for design coordination and documentation.
- Experience creating LOD 300/350 models
- Sheet annotation and production
- Ability to prepare, organize, and track Submittals and related project documentation.
- Relevant software skills (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent BIM tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work within deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Prior exposure to multidisciplinary projects and international standards is beneficial.
