Billing and Documentation Specialist with Construction Experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Billing and Documentation Specialist with substantial experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will manage billing, handle client documentation, support client dealings, and provide essential in office assistance for our commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibility:

- Billing Management: Prepare and issue accurate client invoices. Collaborate with site managers and engineers to prepare Running Bills (RA) Bills on time. Resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries promptly.
- Documentation Processing : Handle and process all client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.



Ensure all documentation adheres to legal and company standards.
- Field Support: Stay updated with all project requirements, documentation standards, and site operations. Provide on-site support and understand the scope of various projects.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Assist in client meetings, presentations, and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineer Preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in billing, documentation, and construction projects. Industry experience mandatory
- Proven track record in managing client documents, ensuring compliance, and handling client interactions.
- QA/QS Qualifications is a +
- Multi-Site Billing Experience is preferred.

Skills :

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and billing software.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and project requirements.
