Role Description The Billing and Logistic Executive will manage day-to-day billing operations, including generating invoices, verifying pricing, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely payments and documentation. This role will also oversee logistics activities such as coordinating dispatches, tracking shipments, maintaining delivery schedules, and supporting supply chain efficiency for domestic and international orders. The executive will interact with customers and vendors to resolve billing and delivery queries,



ensure service quality, and support sales and operations teams with relevant documentation and reports.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mani Majra, requiring close collaboration with warehouse, accounts, and sales staff to ensure smooth order processing and product movement.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in logistics management and supply chain management to plan dispatches, track shipments, and optimize delivery processes.

Basic sales support skills to assist with order processing, billing accuracy, and coordination between sales and operations teams.

Proficiency in MS Office and billing or ERP software, with strong numerical and documentation skills.

Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site workplace.

Prior experience in feed, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors preferred.

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, logistics, or a related field.
