Location : Bangalore.

Job Summary:

- Subject matter Expert for Global Benefits program management and administration.
- Manage the complete employee benefits lifecycle including enrolment, disenrollment, and updates while ensuring seamless data integration across systems and regions.
- Assist in insurance renewals and manage vendors/service providers.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to support cohesive advantages administration across regions.
- Collaborate with the system team to integrate and implement leave policies across different geographies.




- Conduct regular reviews and updates of leave policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.
- Oversee and manage leave data reporting across geographies, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
- Review and validate employee leave data in the HR system to ensure alignment with established leave policies.
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues and answer queries.
- Able to support on Projects and ad hoc requirements.
