Key Responsibilities

- Market available IT consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and prime vendors.
- Source suitable job opportunities through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, VMS portals, and vendor networks.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and staffing partners.
- Match consultant profiles with customer requirements.
- Submit consultant profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
- Negotiate bill rates, C2C rates, and commercial terms.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams.
- Maintain submission trackers and consultant pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with customer and company recruitment policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15 years of U.S. IT Bench Sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and H-1B visa categories
- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, and other U.S. staffing portals
