Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in IT staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT/CPT, EAD) to direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners across the US IT market. You will manage the complete lifecycle of bench sales, from sourcing requirements to placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Consultant Marketing: Market internal bench consultants (C2C) across various IT technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Salesforce, QA, etc.).
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Requirement Matching: Source, screen, and evaluate suitable contract/C2C opportunities from various job boards, prime vendor lists, and networking portals.
- Interview Management: Schedule and coordinate client interviews for consultants, prepare them for technical rounds, and follow up for feedback.
- Negotiation: Negotiate billing rates ($/hr) to ensure optimal profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Portal Sourcing: Utilize portals such as Dice,



TechFetch, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and vendor networks effectively.
- End-to-End Placement: Manage the pipeline from submission, rate finalization, offer confirmation, to onboarding paperwork.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US IT Staffing.
- US Tax Terms Knowledge: Strong understanding of US employment visa types (H1B, OPT/CPT, GC, US Citizen, TN) and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Vendor Network: Active database of prime vendors, tier-1 vendors, and recruiters in the US staffing space.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tools & Portals: Hands-on experience with portals like Dice, TechFetch, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Negotiation Skills: Strong rate negotiation and convincing skills.

Preferred Qualifications / Good to Have

- Familiarity with hot IT skills and emerging tech stacks.
- Prior experience working in night shifts (US business hours).
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, target-oriented environment.
