This is a full-time on-site role for a Behaviour Therapist located in Bengaluru.

The Behaviour

Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing one-on-one therapy sessions, tracking progress, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Additional tasks include communicating with families to support treatment plans and continuing career development to keep up with the latest practices in behavioural therapy.

Qualifications

- Assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience in one-on-one therapy sessions and progress tracking
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of behavioural therapy methods and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related field
- Certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a plus
