Role Description The BD & CS Manager Events is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving event-related sales and account growth. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to design event proposals,



ensure smooth event execution, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, internal coordination, and persuasive presentations.

Proven experience in business development, account management, or client servicing within event management Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams in New Delhi and coordinating with PAN India stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in events or marketing are an advantage.

Minimum experience of 4-5 years in event industry
