We’re Hiring: Quality Executive (FMCG – Food Processing & Export)

Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a Quality Executive with 2–6 years of hands-on experience in food quality systems. The candidate must be well-versed in certifications, audits, and compliance standards for organic and FMCG food exports.

? Key Responsibilities Establish and monitor quality standards across procurement, processing, packaging, and dispatch

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BRC, GMP, HACCP, Organic Certifications (NPOP, NOP, EU), and EHS standards

Conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and third-party certification audits

Develop SOPs and quality manuals for production and operations

Monitor raw material and finished goods quality with lab testing protocols

Handle customer complaints,



CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), and traceability systems

Train and guide production and procurement teams on quality best practices

Work closely with export and documentation teams to meet international buyer requirements

Lead continuous improvement projects in food safety, hygiene, and process optimization

? Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field

3–6 years of experience in food industry quality management (FMCG/Agri/Organic preferred)

Strong knowledge of certifications, audits, and food safety systems

Familiar with ERP/quality management software

Analytical mindset with excellent documentation & reporting skills

Leadership qualities with ability to handle cross-functional teams

Exposure to domestic & export markets will be an advantage
