Role Description The Barista role is a full time, on-site position based in Nagpur. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee beverages, handling food preparation related to the coffee menu, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

The Barista will welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and provide attentive customer service that reflects Corridor Seven’s quality standards. The role also involves learning about coffee origins,



roast profiles, and brewing methods to educate customers and enhance their experience. Collaboration with team members to ensure smooth café operations and adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities.
- Hands-on Barista experience or demonstrable Barista skills, with interest in specialty coffee.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Basic Food Preparation skills and knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks typical of café work.
- Willingness to learn about coffee origins, roasting, and brewing techniques.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
