Role Description The Bar Manager at Oleander Farms oversees daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service, high-quality beverages, and an excellent guest experience. This full time on-site role, based in Karjat, includes managing bar staff, scheduling shifts, and providing coaching to maintain service standards.

The Bar

Manager is responsible for inventory control, ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations. The role involves designing and updating beverage menus, coordinating with the microbrewery team,



and promoting signature drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.

Manager also handles guest interactions, resolves service issues, maintains accurate cash and POS records, and collaborates with restaurant and resort teams to support events and special occasions.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Candidates should possess solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including bar operations, mixology basics, and beverage pairing.

Candidates should possess Training and team leadership skills to coach, mentor, and develop bar staff.

Candidates should possess Sales and upselling abilities to promote beverages, specials, and events.

Relevant experience in bar or restaurant management, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by resort operations.

Strong organizational and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
