Job Role: Bancassurance Specialist

Experience: 7- 10 Years in core Life Insurance with 2+ Years experience of team handling

CTC: Up to 9.50 LPA + Incentive + Others Benefits

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Bancassurance business across assigned Bank branches.
- Lead and guide FLS teams
- Build solid relationships with Branch Managers, RMs, Cluster Heads.
- Drive branch activation, lead generation, and joint customer calls.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with high energy and field engagement.
- Conduct regular reviews, customer meetings, and branch visits.
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and productivity tracking.

Candidate Requirements:

- 7 -10+ years of overall experience in Life Insurance/Bancassurance.
- Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience is mandatory.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Extroverted, collaborative, high-energy, and travel-friendly personality.
- Ability to independently manage multiple branches and teams.
- Experience with open architecture is mandatory.
