Sales Manager — Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong background in influencer marketing to join our team — driving business growth,

Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect brands for influencer marketing collaborations
- Build and maintain solid relationships with brands and agencies
- Understand client objectives, budgets, and concerns to propose

tailored marketing solutions
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery

and client satisfaction
- Ensure timely collection of client payments
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor moves, and market shifts
- Hit sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in an influencer marketing agency or related field
- Strong network with direct advertisers and brands
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Solid understanding of influencer marketing strategies.
