About Us

Flavors 'N Beans is a premium vegetarian bakery and café known for fresh cakes, pastries, cookies, and customized gift hampers. We are looking for a sincere, organized, and creative Bakery Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

- Manage bakery inventory and maintain stock records.

- Write names and messages neatly on cakes using icing or chocolate.

- Pack cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products safely and attractively.

- Prepare gift hampers and festive gift packaging.

- Assist in order preparation and ensure orders are ready on time.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing and work area.

- Help with labeling, organizing supplies, and arranging products.

- Coordinate with the baker and front desk whenever required.

- Perform other day-to-day bakery operations as needed.

Requirements





- Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

- Good handwriting and attention to detail.

- Creative mindset for gift wrapping and product presentation.

- Honest, punctual, and responsible.

- Able to work efficiently in a team.

- Previous bakery, café, retail, or packing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Bi-Weekly off as per company policy.

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
