The goal is simple: in a year you should be an engineer who's shipped production systems, debugged live issues with help, and knows what good looks like because you've worked next to it. Role details What you'll do Deliver scoped backend features in NestJS/TypeScript with senior review on everything

Write tests alongside your code and keep them green

Work with PostgreSQL: queries, migrations, and understanding the schema before changing it

Investigate bugs methodically and write up what you find — the write-up matters as much as the fix

Grow on a deliberate path we set and review with you openly What you bring 6 months–2 years of backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript (internships and reliable projects count)

Fundamentals you can explain: HTTP, databases, async, and what happens when requests fail

Something real we can look at — a deployed API, a contribution, a project beyond a tutorial

Receptive to direct code review and quick to apply it
