Design and build high-throughput, low-latency backend services that power AI agent execution

Build workflow orchestration systems, agent execution runtimes, and multi-agent coordination for AI-driven enterprise workflows

Design and maintain scalable backend services, robust APIs, and integrations with ERP systems, procurement platforms, payment gateways, and financial rails

Build observability, audit, and traceability systems, and instrument agent execution with LLM I/O, latency, token usage, and cost tracking





Design evaluation frameworks, automated test harnesses, and define agent reliability metrics

Implement enterprise-grade reliability, monitoring, alerting, fine-grained access controls, audit logs, and data security best practices

Optimize backend systems for latency, throughput, cost efficiency, and scale services across global customers and billions of transactions ✅ ???'?? ? ????? ??? ?? ???

Strong experience building production backend systems

Strong proficiency in Python, NodeJS, Go, or similar backend languages

Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs and microservices, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and message queues / event-driven architectures

Proven experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems with solid grasp of consistency, concurrency, and data integrity trade-offs

Experience building AI agent infrastructure, backend services, and workflow orchestration systems

Experience working with financial systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, or sensitive/regulated data ✨ ??? ???? ???
