- Design and build high-throughput, low-latency backend services that power AI agent execution
- Build workflow orchestration systems, agent execution runtimes, and multi-agent coordination for AI-driven enterprise workflows
- Design and maintain scalable backend services, robust APIs, and integrations with ERP systems, procurement platforms, payment gateways, and financial rails
- Build observability, audit, and traceability systems, and instrument agent execution with LLM I/O, latency, token usage, and cost tracking




- Design evaluation frameworks, automated test harnesses, and define agent reliability metrics
- Implement enterprise-grade reliability, monitoring, alerting, fine-grained access controls, audit logs, and data security best practices
- Optimize backend systems for latency, throughput, cost efficiency, and scale services across global customers and billions of transactions

- Solid experience building production backend systems
- Strong proficiency in Python, NodeJS, Go, or similar backend languages
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs and microservices, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and message queues / event-driven architectures
- Proven experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems with strong grasp of consistency, concurrency, and data integrity trade-offs
- Experience building AI agent infrastructure, backend services, and workflow orchestration systems
- Experience working with financial systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, or sensitive/regulated data
