Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop backend APIs powering Hivestaff's HR, payroll, task, and collaboration modules
- Build scalable, secure server-side services supporting real-time messaging and task boards
- Optimize database queries and performance across MongoDB and SQL systems
- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT-based)




- Maintain system reliability and uptime for production SaaS environments
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in architecture and design decisions
- Troubleshoot production issues
