Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Back end Coordinator to support the sales team in a backend sales working. The role involves coordinating between clients, & sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Area
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders from enquiry to dispatch
- Prepare quotations, challans, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation
- Follow up with clients for order confirmations and payments
- Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
- Handle customer queries related to pricing, delivery status, and product details
- Assist in sales planning and forecasting activities
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination task
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
