Role Description This full time Back Office Executive role at Fraisa is an on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Back Office

Executive will handle daily office operations, including data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities include supporting sales and finance teams with accurate reports, order processing, invoicing, and follow-up on pending documents or payments. The role involves managing correspondence, organizing files, preparing basic MIS reports, and maintaining up-to-date databases.

The Back Office

Executive will also assist in scheduling meetings, responding to internal queries, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills to manage documentation, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, respond to queries, and maintain professional interactions with stakeholders.




- Candidates should possess Sales support skills to assist with order processing, preparing reports, and maintaining customer and sales records accurately.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance-related skills to handle invoicing, payment tracking, and support finance teams with reconciliations and documentation.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately with repetitive tasks.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in office software (such as MS Excel, Word, and email tools) and comfort working with databases or ERP systems.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate within a structured, process-driven environment.
