Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Employee role based in Indore. The role involves managing day-to-day back office operations, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining accurate records related to insurance surveys and loss assessments.

The Back Office

Employee will coordinate with internal teams to support claims processing, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-up on pending cases. The role requires a detail-oriented approach,



adherence to company procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Back Office Operations skills, including data entry, documentation management, and record keeping.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and responding to customer queries.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support clients professionally and handle basic inquiries related to claims or documentation.

Candidates should possess Sales support skills, including preparing internal reports, maintaining databases, and assisting with follow-up activities.

Relevant skills such as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities are beneficial.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in insurance, finance, or back office operations.
