About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer to build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have experience designing REST APIs, working with databases, integrating third-party services, and maintaining production-ready applications. You will work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver reliable software.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications.

Build clean, reusable, and maintainable server-side code.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.

Design database schemas and optimize database performance.

Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar technologies.

Ensure application security by following industry best practices.

Integrate payment gateways, KYC services, OTP providers, SMS, Email, and third-party APIs.

Optimize API response time and overall application performance.

Write unit tests and integration tests.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.

Maintain API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI or Postman.

Work with Git and follow branching strategies.

Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Follow coding standards and best practices.

Ensure high code quality through peer reviews.

Build scalable microservices when required.

Implement caching using Redis or similar technologies.

Handle background jobs and asynchronous processing.

Optimize SQL queries and database indexes.

Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing mechanisms.

Ensure data privacy and compliance with security standards.





Participate in system architecture discussions.

Create technical documentation for developed features.

Support production deployments and hotfix releases.
