Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back End Developer role based in Mumbai.

The Back End

Developer will design, build, and maintain server-side applications and APIs that power logistics technology platforms. Daily responsibilities include developing and optimizing database schemas, implementing business logic, integrating third-party services, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

The developer will also monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues,



and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall architecture.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming for building and maintaining server-side applications.

Candidates should possess solid Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills for designing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Candidates should possess basic Front-End Development skills to collaborate effectively with front-end teams and understand integration points.

Candidates should possess knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), API design (REST/GraphQL), and version control systems such as Git.

Candidates should possess familiarity with at least one modern backend framework or language (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, .NET) and experience with cloud or containerized environments.

Candidates should possess robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
