Skills-Demonstrated Sales and Online Marketing skills, including experience with B2C channels, social media, and basic e-commerce tools.

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and clearly in spoken and written English.

Interest in Training and education services, with the ability to explain program benefits and address learner queries effectively.

Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling leads, follow-ups, and documentation.

Comfort working in office in Ahmedabad, with proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.

Prior experience in online sales, customer support, or education services is an advantage.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
