Job Purpose/ Summary The Business Analyst – Merchandising is responsible for supporting the end-to-end merchandising operations by ensuring accurate order processing, SAP transaction management, production coordination, and timely execution of customer requirements. The role acts as a critical interface between Customers, Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment, adherence to timelines, and high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining process accuracy and operational efficiency.

The role serves as a vital link between various departments including Customers, Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality, ensuring that all processes are executed with precision and within stipulated timelines.

The incumbent is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring adherence to timelines and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves the meticulous management of process accuracy,



contributing to the overall success of the merchandising function.
