Working Days: 24 days a month

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager - International Voice Experience will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives. You will drive the team toward achieving sales targets, while also focusing on coaching, performance evaluation, and strategy development. As a Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in fostering a high-performing sales setting that aligns with the company’s goals in the international automotive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve their individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at improving conversion rates and overall performance.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client and sales data is maintained in the company’s CRM system.
- Handle escalated customer queries and provide prompt solutions.




- Stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends to support and guide the team effectively.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5 years of experience in International Sales
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Education: Must be a graduate, preferably with a degree in engineering (BTech) or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong team motivation and goal-driven leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
