- Good grasp on Marathi, Hindi and English
- Proven track record with HNIs
- Identify CP and promote products to them
- Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs
- Take update from CPs on products and offerings
- Ensure office branding
- Explore recent avenues of CPs and broaden market
- Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance
- Train CP on product details
- Capture weekend walk-in data
- Drive the expansion and diversification of distribution channels to increase property sales
