Role Summary

Lead execution of Fractional CHRO engagements across multiple clients. Work closely with founders and senior leaders, drive people and organization solutions, and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

- Build strong working relationships with founders and senior leaders.
- Execute org design, job grading, performance systems, talent processes, and culture initiatives.
- Manage timelines, documentation, reviews, and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with consultants and analysts to drive outcomes.
- Apply structured thinking to diagnose issues and create practical solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and support internal playbook development.

Experience

7 12 years in HRBP, OD, Talent, or HR consulting roles.

Education

MBA/PGDM in HR (required); additional HR certifications (preferred).
