- Experience in performing manual and automated testing

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform and Automated Testing Framework

- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules(ITSM GRC, IRM, SRM)

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Architecture, and functionalities

- Independent and cooperative working abilities

Your key responsibilities

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Javascript

- Familiarity with Testing Automation tools and frameworks

- Analyze complex requirements and design effective test cases

- Hands-on experience with ATF in ServiceNow

- Work with developers, business analyst and stakeholders to define the testing requirements

- Create test cases, and develop automated testing scripts using frameworks like ATF, Selenium

- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather testing requirements

Your skills and experience





The person required for the above position should have the following profile:

- 5-8 years of ServiceNow Testing Experience

- ServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM

- Proficiency with ServiceNow Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrations

- Good understanding of REST API testing and validation

- Proficiency in using JIRA, ServiceNow for defect tracking

- Perform functional, regression, system integration, performance testing

- Maintain Test Case documentation, reports, test artifacts

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
