Responsible for purchase of indirect materials like consumables and spare parts in accordance with the best techniques for on time delivery and ultimate cost reduction while not compromising on quality standards.

- 2. Coordinate with vendor to ensure quality 100% on-time delivery.
- 3. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders
- 4. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
- 5. Review of POs, Reduction of Lead time, coordination with other depts.
- 6. Oversee Imports formalities documentation Proper on time support to Internal Team
- 7. Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and process that support inventory forecasting, purchasing,



and material control Inventory Management and related activities
- Basic Knowledge in MS Office tools mandatory
- Experience in ERP software preferred
- Should have solid verbal written communication skills
- Should have strong Negotiation Skills
- Experience into Purchase of Industrial products preffered
