Position: Site Engineer – Purchase & Procurement

Location: Baner / Balewadi, Pune

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Related Field

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to manage procurement, vendor coordination, and material planning for interior project sites. The role is primarily focused on purchase operations, ensuring timely sourcing and availability of materials required for smooth project execution. The candidate will coordinate closely with vendors, site teams, and management to maintain efficient procurement processes and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle procurement and purchasing activities for interior site projects.
- Source materials, obtain quotations, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at project sites.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations, and vendor databases.




- Compare vendor quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Follow up with suppliers for deliveries, pending orders, and material quality checks.
- Coordinate with accounts and management for purchase approvals and payment processing.
- Monitor inventory and material consumption at site.
- Maintain proper documentation related to procurement and site operations.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of interior/site materials and project requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation handling.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and follow-up effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- Prior experience in purchase, procurement, or site coordination preferred.
- Experience in interior or construction industry will be an added advantage.
